Hi,
I am a Canadian getting married to an American in South Carolina. Today I got our marriage license/certificates.
They are signed by the probate judge, and when we get married they will be signed by my wife and I.Then we must mail 2 copies in to get certified, and we keep one copy. This one copy obviously won't be certified, but is still a valid license/certificate signed by the judge, my wife, and myself.
Will this suffice when crossing the border into Canada, to present to the border officer?
