Hi! I'm really confused about certification of documents: We have original documents (in German) & certified translations.
1. What exactly do we have to upload? Just scan the original documents OR make copies of the original documents, have them certified by a notary and then scan the certified copies...?
2. Is a certified translation by a translator in Switzerland ok, or does it have to be done by an officially certified Canadian translator?
3. For proof of funds: will it be sufficient to have our bank list the balance of the 1st of each month for the past 6 months, or will we need to show all transactions? If it is all transactions: are certified copies & certified translations of the whole document required? (That seems like a lot of money to spend, we have about 80 pages...)
4. If we get some of the documents issued in French, we won't have to translate or certifiy them, even if we stated english as our language of correspondence. Correct?
Thanks!
