You guys have been awesome with helping us prepare our package!

Another question and again I'm so sorry for all these silly questions.

On the checklist, it doesn't state we need anything notarized, but on the website it does (for marriage certificates and birth certificates). Which is it? Would it hurt either way? (We're a Canadian/American Couple living the US going back to Canada if that helps lol)

Thanks again!

only send notarized or certified documents if required in the checklist or country specific instructions.

you are only required to notarize your marriage certificates and birth certificates if they were not in English or French and translated, then they should be translated and certified copies needed.

Follow the checklist and send the documents as required in the checklist......the instructions in the guide are there to help you.

You may also check country specific instructions.
