I need an urgent help please How can I get a work or a training online so easy in Canada ? some advices of sites or name of centers ( les centres de formation)which give a training or an experience online? KNOWING that I work now as an educator and suppleant teacher outside Canada.

It's not very clear what you are asking.

If you are asking about getting a certificate of qualification to get an additional 50 points under Express Entry, then this is only for trades. Teaches is not a trade and doesn't qualify for the 50 points.

Thank you for you answer. Honestly I dont understand what this certificate of qualification and if it is important or not. If I have a long experience of work outside Canada is not sufficient. Should I find a work in Canada also?

You do not need to have work experience in Canada to apply for permanent residency. You can apply for a program like Express Entry with work experience outside of Canada.
