Certificate of qualification

Hello guys.

Under express entry, there is a question "Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?"

I majored HVAC and obtained G2(Gas technician 2) through a test. In my license paper, there is a written word "Ontario Certificate of Qualification Issued under the technical Standards and Safety Act Fuels Safety Regulation"

Does this license count as a certificate of qualification?

No it is not considered a certificate for the CRS points. Certificates are for the trades.
