Certificate of qualification outside Canada

Dear All, My name is RK from India and I work as Trade person. I'm planning apply in Express Entry under Federal skilled trade program for which an applicant should either have a job offer or certificate of qualification / Trade certificate. I have finished ECA and IELTS already. Kindly someone advise how to get the certificate for my trade outside Canada, so I can apply hopefully. My Noc code is 7231- CNC Machinist. Thanks in advance.
