Certificate of qualification for Canadian experience class

Hi guys,
50 points for certificate of qualification can only be claimed for federal skilled trade or if we are applying for canadian experience class can we claim 50 points in crs score?

You can claim the 50 points if your occupation is a trade and you hold a certificate of qualification that is recognized / issues by the province or territory.

I have certificate of qualification in gas trade (noc 7253) but i work in power engineering (noc 9241), both are skilled trades can i still claim 50 points for canadian experience class as iam not working in the noc which i got certificate of qualification

Hi, you could check that when you have your EE profile. I have a certificate of qualification but NOT in trade. So they didn't count any points. I know there is a list of NOC in trade skills. If yours is listed, then probably you would be able to get 50 points.
