Hi Everyone,
My life is miserable when I got an email from Singapore High Commission. My parents already submitted their certificates and complied all requirements and sent the documents to singapore before 30 day deadline.
Now they said we have not complied and asked us to send the Certificates. I am so confused and not sure how to communicate and tell them we already sent the documents (with proof of receipt)
Have anyone experienced sth like this? Please advise. It is so difficult to get in touch with these immigration officers.
