I am applying for my U.S.-born daughter's CoC. I am Canadian-born, but I just remember that my dad, who was born in Barbados, got me my Certificate of Citizenship for Barbados a few years ago. Do I need to declare that on my daughter's Canadian CoC application. I notice that there is a question that says, "Is he or was he a citizen of a country other than Canada?" Which, I guess I am, but it's just something I never considered, as I never go to Barbados, and it was just something my dad did because he could. Is it something I should mark or no? If so, will it pose any problems?

Yes, you do need to put that you are a citizen of Barbados. Don't worry, it won't affect your daughter's app at all.
