How much time it usually takes to receive the certificate. Also do they send it as a parecl? Do they send it from the processing office or Ottawa?

Officially between 2-4 weeks after the oath, but most of the people have received it within 2 weeks.
It comes in your letter box sent from the processing office.

It took 18days in my case. Certificate was sent in a regular Canada Post mail. Location - Montreal.
