My Certificate has been issued by an University at Singapore. But I did the diploma at an accredited university in Sri Lanka and they’re the ones who issued the transcript. So with, which home country’s education department they will check whether the university is registered. Will they check with Singapore or Sri Lanka. Please help me to clear this...
