CERTIFICAT SELECTION DU QUEBEC

I sponsored my husband for Canadian residency (in-canada class) and yesterday we received the Certificat Selection du Quebec.
I was told this is the last step and all we need to do now is wait for the permanant residency card.
My question is how long should it take for us to receive that final document?
