I participeted in Citizenship Ceremony but my ID Cards were expire and the officer asked me to renew my Cards and reserv another Ceremony .

I sent them 3 e mails to ask for new Ceremony but I didnt recive any answer.
Please help what should I do.

It was my Pr Card and Medicare Card.

You mentioned "Medicare card". Did you mean a Health Insurance card? Your Health Insurance card was expired?
How many IDs I must have for citizenship ceremony?
My PR Card is expired like yours, but my Health Insurance card is valid. it will be OK for citizenship ceremony?
