ceremony with a kid on a spectrum

Hi,

I am filling my child's citizenship application. He is 8 year old and is on the spectrum. IF he attends the ceremony (I assume he is not obliged to do so as he is younger than 14), should I put "yes" int he question "Does the minor have special needs that require special accomodation"?

Since he is under 18 (will be under 18) at the time of ceremony, I don't think he needs to attend ceremony like an adult.
Also, the requirements listed here exclude child on ASD so I think you don't need to say "Yes".
