V vasvas Star Member Oct 12, 2017 141 56 Apr 25, 2018 #4 IRCC may at times allow ceremonies to be recorded/photographed. You have the option of not providing consent and they will make alternate arrangements for you. I am not sure if they record every ceremony but it is known to happen.
