I arrived here in Canada on February 25, 2020. I'm not working yet for obvious reason. I was full of hope of getting a job and a better future about going here. Is there an assistance for PRs like me with the same concern? Does CERB can help us too?

No, you don't qualify for the CERB. Typically individuals immigrating to a new country bring savings to use for the period before finding a position. I'd investigate retail for the time period , I see some companies are hiring

You should have arrived with around 6 month of savings. You may qualify for welfare but it is not a lot of money. Would suggest trying to get a job in some of the essential industries like food, distribution, delivery, etc.
