CERB working less hours covid19

My work is giving me less hours and because of that I'll receive less than 1000 per month. I have received more than 5000 for the last 12 months.
Am I elegible to apply for CERB?

Considering that I still have a schedule job, if I'm elegible and I apply, do I need to stop working during the time that I'm receiving CERB? That's my biggest issue that I couldn't find anywhere an answer.

You can still earn less than 1K/month and qualify. if you earn more you don’t.
