Centennial college fees confusion

I just received a reminder from Centennial to pay my fees by July 4th. Now the thing is, I'm still waiting for the offer letter from the college

and do not know whether I'm accepted!

Does this mean I've been accepted!?

To be clear, I'm already in Canada and have a study visa until July 2015

The provided information is not good enough to decide what it actually means.
Have you paid your admission application fee?
This remainder could be admission application fee, seat reservation fee, registration fee, etc....

So what exactly the wordings are?

I would call centennial and talk to the international office directly they will be able to tell you what is going on. !
