My registration last date is 13th September and I got my ppr today. Requested college to give me a day or two time to register if i get it stamped post 13th. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Or has any knowledge if College can do this?

It depends entirely on your DLI. Talk to them and see if they offer you some flexibility.
