CELPIP Test Records - Official or Photocopy

Hey friends,

After writing the CELPIP test, the office mailed us a 'sealed and official' CELPIP-LS Scores in an envelope and a copy for personal use. I was reading the checklist for the Citizenship and it indicates that 'Photocopy' of the Language requirements. For some reason I think I read somewhere that the 'sealed and closed/official' envelope must be sent to the CIC and not photocopy. Was this recently changed. Is it safe for me to open that envelope and take a copy of the Test Record and send it or send the closed envelope.

You may have received two reports one for you and one sealed for CIC. Both of them do have same report.
Do not open the sealed envelope just send it to CIC as it is. And if you want, you can make copy of your report and send it with sealed envelope.

Thanks Nightrider... Are these two reports identical (since I do not know whats inside the envelope)... I will send the closed/sealed envelope.

Yes both are identical.

I only sent a copy as requested and my application has been successfully received and is in process at the moment.

thanks for the info. pure. i think i will send the official one as i do not need that and keep a copy for myself... just to be safe.
