Writing - 2 "questions" and you have half an hour to do each. For me, one was a question about writing to the building manager about a hazardous work environment. The second - don't quite remember..lol. I'd say take the first 5 minutes to plan out your talking points and then take your time to write out your final document giving yourself 5 minutes or so just to do some quick proof-reading at the end. I'm a native english speaker so it took me 15-20 minutes total to get both questions done but you should be alright.
Speaking - Breathe, take your time, read the question carefully to see what they're asking for and speak comfortably. Ensure that you pronunciate your words clearly and confidently. Also, don't try to rush through your answers and finishing before the time is up. Being cut off doesn't affect your score.
If it helps, pay for the practice material and just go over it a few times to be comfortable. I personally found listening and reading the most challenging but I ended up getting a 11 overall for my score. Good luck!
