CELPIP Cancelled until July - Visa expires in June - HELP!

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help! My friend is trying to apply for CEC and one of the last thing they need is the English Exam; however, CELPIP just cancelled their exam and told them they would have to transfer to another date, and the only other date available is not until July 24th.

Their working holiday visa expires in June. Obviously they haven't been even able to enter the pool yet, but do you think they could apply for the BOWP, even if they don't have the AOR letter, which seems to be a requirement? Or any other options anyone can think of?

No, they can't apply for a BOWP. They will need to apply to change their status to visitor or leave Canada. They cannot work beyond work permit expiry.
