Hello,

I have couple questions about Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC).
I want to apply to FSTC program based on my profession - Cellular telephone technician, it's included in NOC 7246 - Telecommunications installation and repair workers.
Some information about me; I have done several courses in total time of 8 months in different occasions. I don't have any formal education in that area. Currently, I have a B.Sc. in Software Engineering. I have a total experience of 7 years as cellular telephone technician, in one of the cellular providers company in my country.
Based on what I have read in CIC site, I need a job offer as cellular telephone technician OR I need a Canadian certificate on that profession. I tried to find some school or a test that may provide me that certificate, but I didn't found one.

Does anyone know about some school or a test that might approve my certificate ?
Does it even possible to apply based on that profession ?
The fact that I have done courses in total of 8 months is enough ?

Thank you.

HI...
You need to obtain Canadian experience certificate from a province in Canada and you have to pass an exam for that.

Hi everyone ...
I have a question & need advise on the following:
If I qualify for PR in FSW or FSTC Can I apply for PR while I am a student in Canada on a student permit?
Is it legal to apply for PR while being a student in Canada on student permit? Is it ok?
Will it affect my current status?
Senior members please help.
Thanks in advance.
