It's difficult to know how CIC will calculate this under EE, I can only tell you how it was before EE.

"at least 30 hours per week" is full-time.

Less than 30 ours per week is part-time. To find the full-time equivalent of part-time hours, you generally add up all the hours and divide by 30. to simplify things at the moment, lets say all your relief hours were part-time, so 300 hours / 30 hours per week is the FTE of 10 weeks (roughly 2 1/2 months). So you would count that time as 2 1/2 months instead of 3 1/2 months.

If you want to be really careful, make a spreadsheet for those weeks, indicating all the hours worked per week. Count a maximum of 30 hours per week. (So if you worked 40 hours in one week, change it to 30). Depending on how many full time weeks you had, you'll probably be closer to 8 FTE weeks. So be sure to work an extra month or two before you apply.
