Can someone please tell me under CEC, should we have total 1 year of work experience with the same employer? Or is it ok with different employers and having 1 year experience??

You must have earned at least one year of full-time skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time) in Canada within the three years before we receive your application for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class. Your skilled work experience does not have to be continuous but it must total one year of full-time work altogether.
“Full-time” means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week. One year of full-time work is at least 1560 hours.

Your evidence should include a reference letter from your employer and previous pay stubs, where available.varinder1717 said:Thank you so much.
Also the work experience letter should include name, job title, start and end date, wages, full time or part time, hours worked per week and job responsibilties rite?
Correct me if something is missing please.
I have 2 job letters where responsibilties are not mentioned in the job letter but i have attached the paper seperately from company's source.
It counts whole months so it can be tricky. Say you started work on Dec 15th. In ee you can only select months.newtoexpressentry said:how many months before completing second year do the CRS points go up in EE profile?
Do you mean you just wrote it yourself? Your company is supposed to attest to your job duties and responsibilities, is there someone else who can verify what you did?varinder1717 said:I have 2 job letters where responsibilties are not mentioned in the job letter but i have attached the paper seperately from company's source.

Under CEC.. it can be a different employer as long as you have a total of one year full time skilled experience.varinder1717 said:Can someone please tell me under CEC, should we have total 1 year of work experience with the same employer? Yes, that should be OK -varinder1717 said:so i worked in starbucks.. and starbucks doesnt write responsibilities on the job letter, but they have internal resources where we can print responsibilties of a food service supervisor. so i printed that and attached with my job letter. On responsibilties page it shows that it is only internal use. So i think it should be fine
Hey Varinder, how did you get experience letter from Starbucks? Because I also work at Starbucks and I spoke to my store manager and he doesn’t have any idea about it. Whom should I contact? Because I also emailed my district manager and she is not sure about it either.so i worked in starbucks.. and starbucks doesnt write responsibilities on the job letter, but they have internal resources where we can print responsibilties of a food service supervisor. so i printed that and attached with my job letter.
