I am planning on taking a 3-week out-of-Canada vacation. Wondering if anyone can clearify if I need to wait for another 3 weeks after I have met the 1 yr minimum work experience requirements.

Another question is after I submit my application, is it OK to switch jobs?

Thanks in advance!

You can switch jobs any time, before or after your application.

If your 3-week vacation occurs before you have met your 1 year requirement, and it is paid vacation (not a leave of absence or unpaid time), then you don't have to deduct it from your time, as you are still "employed". If it is a leave of absence (or you are not paid during that time), then those three weeks will not count toward your experience requirement.
