Can you please let me know if the below work experience calculation is advised to create an express entry profile?
I have worked for an Employer X through 2 contract agencies and different job roles.
I have all the pay stubs from the below companies
Please find my work experience details below:
Note that I was on the payroll for the both contract agencies Aerotek and Randstad (T4's issued) and not Incorporated/Independent/Self-employed
Job Role - Software Developer
NOC A - Worked for Employer X through Aerotek - Feb 25, 2019 - Jul 12, 2019 - 510 hours (considering max 30 hrs per week and only paid days i.e., only days which I worked)
Job Role - Technical Support Consultant
NOC B - Worked for Employer X through Randstad - Sep 23, 2019 - Mar 13, 2020 - 740 hours (considering max 30 hrs per week and only paid days i.e., only days which I worked)
I was hired permanently by Employer X for the same job role
NOC B - Was permanently hired for Employer X - Mar 16, 2020 - Present (till May 29, 2020) - 330 hours
By this month end, I would accumulate 1580 hours
Am I good to proceed with this? Even though, I think it would be a bit challenging to explain this to the officer on paper.
Please provide your valuable inputs and it would really help me a lot
