CEC with spouse

Hi, i just recently found out that when I applied for CEC, i can include my wife, and we both will get PR together. So i'm planning to get marry with my girlfriend currently lived in Vietnam right now.
And i just have a couple question,
- Is it okay if I just get married and apply for CEC right away for myself and my wife even though i'm eligible to apply right now.
- We won't have time for a marriage ceremony so is the marriage certificate enough?
- Does she need an English test and police certificate like I do?

IELTS/CELPIP is only necessary for principal applicant (though listening/speaking test will later be required for citizenship)
Police certificates are necessary for any applicant within a package

- Yes, you can apply right away.
- You just need marriage certificate.
- No English test for dependents. But she needs her police certificate from vietnam (or any other countries she lived in for 6 months).
