CEC vs PNP job offer

Hello everybody,
Could you please help me with my situation.
I'm working in Ontario. I've got a pre-screen approval for my job offer recently (Ontario PNP with job offer). So, at this point I can either proceed to Nomination. Considering standard 90 days, I can expect it in late July. That's exactly when I'll accomplish my first year of work experiences in Canada (NOC A) and can apply for CE by then.

If I decide to wait for CE, I can save the application fee of the Ontario PNP.
Though, my biggest concern is my wife who is not here with me. She has already refused once on a visitor visa. So, I'm not sure if we receive Nomination it could help it for TRV visa or not.

Any advise is highly appreciated.

I actually pursue the PNP stream and I'm now in the federal final stage.
I'm not sure if that was the best decision or not!
