CEC Requirements Confusion. Please advice

Hi,

I have 1704 hours of full time experience but i have only 10 month of stay in Canada.
Am i eligible under CEC.

Please help.

Your qualified work experience must be gained over the period of complete 12 months. Doesn't matter even if you worked 3000 hours in 10 months.
