My friend went back to Nigeria and as such PGWP expired, although they had their 1-year work experience.She is tired of Nigeria and interested to come back to Canada. She followed the rules by going back home when her PGWP expired. Is it possible to still get P.R. How will she get the documents for the 1-year work experience when she was in Canada? Also, she lived in Canada for 4 years due to school. Can I help get her police clearance here as IRCC will need that? Is there a possibility she will get P.R? or its a really slim chance she can?
