i have a canadian diploma and i am working in a managerial position related to my studies... but the problem is my salary is not equal to my title... does the immigration check to see what my salary should be as a manager when i put my file under CEC...or is the title only enough to apply...
No, title is not the most important. It's all about what you actually DO - Your main job duties will have to match an eligible NOC (Skill level O, A, or B). A manager will have some personnel duties (hiring, training, supervising) as well as planning and control duties.
You can search here by key word (put in your job title as a starting place) and find out what NOC matches your job.
