Hi, I am from INDIA, I have 1+ year of working experience. Is it mandatory to have 1+ year in one single company or is it ok if I have experience like 6 month in one company and remaining 10 months in other company. I am an Naval Architect. I work in projects it is hard for me to maintain the same designation for more than one year in single company or is it better if I need to wait few more months in same company?
