Which is better in terms of average actual processing times (not estimations from IRCC site) and fees between CEC Express Entry & 'OINP: Employer Job Offer' streams until getting the PR.

Keeping in mind that I still have to wait for 9 more months to complete 1 year of experience in Canada for CEC.
