CEC: Online Fees NOT Acceptable

I processed my CEC application fees online on Oct 30, 2013.
Since, the facility of paying the fees for CEC application ONLINE was available at that time.
And then I submitted my documents on Nov 04, 2013 which reached CIO Sydney on Nov 08, 2013.
Now, that they revised the eligibility for applying under CEC category on Nov 09, 2013they removed the option of paying application fees online.

Will they consider my application valid or not ?

What should I DO now ??

you dont need to worry. you have already paid and your documents have reached CIC. new things are applicable to people who apply from now on..
