Please help. I had a dilemma whether to decline my ITA or not. I worked part time from Aug 19,2019 until Oct 7,2020 standard working hours specified in my certificate of employment is 18.75 however some weeks I can work more than 30hrs/week or less. And got a full time position 37.5hours/week last Oct 8,202 until present.

My question is , Is it enough for me to prove to them that I acquired a year already or I have to wait for couple of months and apply again?

Please help, that would greatly be appreciated ☺️

For the weeks you work for 37.5, count only 30 hours as IRCC doesn’t consider hours in excess of 30 per week. + 18.75 hours x number of weeks between aug 2019 to oct 2020.

Calculate your hours and see if it reaches 1560.

Thank you. I lodged my EE profile last Dec 21 and got an ITA last Jan 8. When will I stop counting the number of hours? Will I still continue to count the number of hours up until I will submit my EE profile within this Month?
I’m really confused

Count until you reach 1560. Make sure your reference letter is dated AFTER you get 1560 hours AND 52 weeks, then submit your application.

until your ITA.

If you have 1560 in the last year, you are in. If less, you are out.
