CEC - Job Offer question - Open Work Permit

Hi all! I already received my ITA and am currently filling out my CEC application, but I'm confused about the job offer question.

I answered "YES" to "Do you have a job offer in Canada?" because my current employer plans to keep me employed after receiving my PR. Now I'm not sure if I should have answered "NO" instead? I have an open work permit, with NO LMIA needed and have been at my current job for over a year.

My questions are:
- Should I upload a new offer letter stating that they will keep me hired after my PR?
OR
- Should I change my answer to "NO"? I don't think I got any points for that since I have no LMIA. Would it specify in my CRS "LMIA = 50 points"?

I had the same situation; if you have selected Yes to "do you have a valid job offer" and No to "does your job requires LMIA" or something like that then the points for CRS – Additional – Arranged Employment will be 0. Hence No LMIA is required.

P.S: Upload the revised offer letter based on CIC instructions provided in the portal. Usually it states, offer letter should inform your full time status, NOC code, etc.
