CEC job offer issue!!

I’m in a big confusion. I got an ITA under the cec but while I created my profile mistakenly I put yes to job offer. But after I got ita I checked that I don’t get any single points for that. If I put lmia with job offer then I,ll get points up to 50. In that case I have question in my mind before submitting my application to ircc, that do I need to include the job offer letter or I can file without it as I don’t claim any points for that.. plss help me as soon as possible.
If anyone in the forum could help me pls reply to me.

If you have lmia base job offer then only you can get 50 points for job offer. What kind of work permit you have ? Do you have lmia based job offer?

Previously I was working on PGWP in canada and currently I have no lmia. So, how I can proceed in this situation before final submission. Can I give reason about this in the LOE. Do you think it will work and they will accept it as I don’t get any points for the job offer.

Nothing will change, as I don’t received any points for job offer in the ita. I put yes to job offer but no to lmia option. So, I got nothing extra for that.

Yes if don’t have valid job offer which is approved lmia or lmai based work permit and when you remove 50 points from current points and your points are below draw, you don’t qualify and have to decline invitation. Note - other can comment as well . I’m not lawyer. This is just my thinking.

You probably answered your job offer is not backed by LMIA. So you didn’t get points. That’s fine. Check your document checklist and see if it still asks for job offer letter. Since you didn’t claim points for it, no need to worry.

So, do I need to provide the job offer letter also in the application. Is it mandatory to submit even if I don't get any points for job offer. Moreover, I found some information about this on the IRCC website and it says if you submit job offer in your express entry profile without LMIA then it will consider as invalid job offer. So, according to this even if I submit a job offer without LMIA it will not consider. Can we just write in the explanation letter about this and proceed to the final submission. What do you think pls let me know?

Since you weren’t awarded points for it, your document checklist shouldn’t ask for a job offer letter. So there’s no document placeholder for you to even upload the letter. No need to explain it either since you already answered that in your PR app profile.

So basically you have to submit job letter which have your Noc code and duties. And offer of employment letter from your current employer.

This is just me. If you weren’t awarded points for it, just change your answer to “No” in the job offer section to remove to doc placeholder. There’s no change in your CRS anyways. So IRCC won’t even verify that. You can mention it in your LOE that you answered incorrectly at ITA but you’re NOT claiming points and your CRS remained the same after the change.

You don't get me properly. If I submit the job offer right now, as I have not received any points for that and at the later stage in the process if the IRCC will ask me to submit the approved LMIA which I don't it now. So, how will I prove this at the later stage then. Could you please give me the answer with valid reason.

I haven't claimed any points just like you and don't have an LMIA either. Currently, my application is still being processed due to COVID delays. However, upon calling CIC, I did find out that my eligibility passed. Therefore, my ASSUMPTION is that they understood what had happened. My suggestion to you is to not submit an offer letter in that upload box. However, submit a Letter of Explanation, which states the issue you are facing and state clearly that you haven't claimed any points for it and that your ITA is valid. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply, I will surely consider your point also. Did you get any response from the IRCC about your application or did they ever ask you to submit the same letter. May I know the current status of your application. When you submitted your application to IRCC.
