CEC -ITA march 21 - few doubts

I have few doubts while filling of my application
1- it needs street number - and we dont have any such street number in village, so what should i put in that

2- i have completed my degree in 2013-2017 , but due to one supply it got delayed till 2018, so what should be the from -to , for the degree
3. My parents passport dont have surname, but while filling family information it requires their last name there.
4. There is one specific question which asks that either we had refused permit,visa or order to deport- i was refused usa vistor visa once - so what should i do in this.

i would really appreciate if someone can suggest me in this.

1. On street number type n/a or leave it in blank
2. From 2013 to 2018
3. If they have two names use one as lastname
4. That refers to Canadian refusals of applications or in any canadian port of entry
