CEC is automatic R10 complete?

AoR based on googling is issued after R10 completeness check. Is this right? I was skeptical but then I remember I didn't have to submit any IMM form for my PR application.

For CEC, after getting AoR on Feb 27, what would be next?

I'm also applying for bridging work permit, does it mean, if AoR indeed means R10 is complete, that the BOWP is going to be processed and it's not waiting for anything PR related ?

I recieved a biometric email today, related to the BOWP application, I only submitted BOWP 2 days ago.

Not exactly (not for express entry, anyway). AOR is issued typically within 48 hours of submitting an eAPR. You are eligible to apply for the BOWP as soon as you receive the AOR, but the R10 completeness check typically takes a few weeks, and the BOWP cannot be issued until then. Doesn't mean it's not in process, they just hold it until completeness is confirmed.

Ok, I assumed after reading the excerpt it's the same "AoR".

But I guess its different.

Anyone knows what to do if I'm being asked to provide biometric for both BOWP and EE ?
