Hello, if anyone can answer my situation, I'd be very grateful.
[Background]
I lived in Vancouver for 1.5 years, finished school there, currently working remotely for the company in BC.
Then I lived in Montreal for a few years but recently moved to Ottawa for the CEC requirement (live outside quebec).
I'm waiting for my COPR but it seems that I need to go back to my country before getting one.
I assume I will get COPR when I'm in my country.
When I come back after a few months, I will first land in Montreal airport (then train to Ottawa).
The thing is, my final intended destination is Vancouver and my application indicates that.
I moved to Ottawa first because I wanted to move to Vancouver after getting my PR card (after everything is settled)
and given that I had no clue when I was able to be a permanent resident (I've been approved but waiting for my COPR for almost 4 months now),
Ottawa was an easier transition for me from Montreal.
[Question]
Would there be a problem if I land in Montreal and give them an address in Ottawa, when my intended destination in my PR application is Vancouver?
Or my reasoning above would suffice?
Or should I buy another ticket to land in Vancouver or Ottawa? (still remains the problem of PR address being different from my intended destination)
Or it doesn't matter where my PR card will be sent as long as it's not in Quebec?
Any advice will be appreciated!
