CEC Inland with dependents now outland - Portal request urgent

Hello,

Looking for advice, I am a primary CEC inland applicant with a spouse and daughter as dependent. We received a portal email regarding residential status. My wife and daughter have left for India for good, and no plans to come back soon. Daughter already going to school in India. I am still in Canada on Closed WP expiring in December, and was myself planning to leave by Oct. What should we do in this case, our medical is expiring in Feb,24:
1. Process my application in Canada and dependents in India and do soft landing before feb-24
2. Call dependents to Canada for couple of weeks and than start the process

If I go with 2nd option, Will IRCC wait for dependents to be in Canada before generating COPR for everyone?


I am confused, what should I reply to them, was anyone in this situation?

When you have decided to leave for good why don’t stick to that decision?

yes you can go for option 2 , in the reply to portal 1 email you can tell when they will be back to Canada
