CEC Inland - No COPR

Hello,
I got my PR in 2020 under CEC Category ( Inland.) Just received email with COPR document number and few days later got the PR card.
Never received COPR ( or any landing document ) as such .
Apparently for Passport Renewal ( non-Canadian ) COPR is essential , in absence VOS is required , which takes 12 months ..
Read some threads of COPR sent via mail / email etc... but i dont recollect of receiving any document.
Anybody in same situation or can share any useful information ?
