Hi,

1) I graduated cooking school in Toronto. I have 3 years work permit and will start work on June 4.

So, I negotiate with wage, salary.. I will get 120 dollar per day.. but they said, "you may work minimum 8hours to maximum 12 hours

always 120$ perday.. your wage will increase after 6month"

If I work 12 hours , my wage will be 10$.. it will be less than munimum wages...

do I have problem to prepare CEC?

2) And, I used to work in Canada as a working holiday visa. I was working for 1600 hours and gathered all pay cheque.
According to this website:

Canada has agreements with several countries to allow their citizens to work in Canada temporarily on a working holiday. If part or all of my work experience in Canada was gained under such working holiday programs, can it be counted toward the work experience requirement in the Canadian Experience Class?

Yes — However, your work experience must still be classified as NOC 0, A or B under the National Occupational Classification system.

so, do you think... If I give submit documents when I was woking as a cook who was working holiday visa holder, I might have advantage.. do you think so?

3) when restaurant gives me pay cheque, there is not exist working hours.. I can see total amount of money ,EI, Vac fee something..
If employer gives me letter which is included working hours, job description, wage or salary info... do you think I have problem?

Thank you all guys.. pls give me best answer..

The new NOC code for cooks(under the 2011 list) is 6322. See this: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/Profile.aspx?val=6&val1=6322

If the 2nd digit of a NOC code is 2 or 3, it's skill level B so 6322 = skill level B and can be counted towards the work experience requirement in the CEC.

I don't think wages will be a problem, but you should get a detailed letter from your employer with your main duties and responsibilities, salary, start & stop dates of employment, etc - follow the CEC checklist to ensure the letter contains all the information.

When you start on June 4th, keep a log of your hours so it's easier to add them when you want to apply for CEC. Save your paystubs/payslips. You need to have worked at least 24 months and have at least $3900hrs to apply under the foreign worker stream.

You don't say what kind of school or how long the program was, etc. - but it sounds like maybe you have a post-graduate work permit - are you planning to apply as a post-grad or temporary foreign worker (TFW)?

So, I negotiate with wage, salary.. I will get 120 dollar per day.. but they said, "you may work minimum 8hours to maximum 12 hours

You have a daily wage. You are not an hourly employee, you cannot calculate an hourly wage. If you do so for estimation purposes, you would use the minimum number of hours (8)

do I have problem to prepare CEC?

How many days per week do you work? If you work a minimum of 8 hours per day, and you work 5 days a week, you work a minimum of 40 hours per week - that is considered "full time."

2) And, I used to work in Canada as a working holiday visa. I was working for 1600 hours and gathered all pay cheque.

In the CEC class, there are no "points" or "advantages" - you either qualify, or you don't.

Can this work experience be applied towards your requirements? It depends. If you plan to apply as a post-grad and need 1 year of full-time work experience, the work experience must be ... post-graduation. Therefore any work experience you acquired before graduation will not be counted.

If you intend to apply as a TFW, then you need 2 years of full-time work experience, and all the work experience must have been acquired within 3 years of your application date. Any experience that is older than that cannot be used.

Your paycheck is not a required document. A letter from your employer is, and must include that information. If you have a letter of employment including all the required information, and you meet the requirements, I'm not sure why you would have any problem.
