cec for posdoc

Guys what about people already having a full time job but on contract which does not require lmo as a posdoc.We were eligible for cec,how will we be ranked.

As this point, there is no clear information yet regarding EE on how they will rank people.
If you have at least one year work experience in Canada along with the good IELTS test score then yes, you will have higher chances than those who dont
