Could you also log into your CIC online status check? I want to know what shows up there as mine said they received my null but I didn't get AOR so far. Thanks.

I have the similar status as yours when I checked the CIC website for status......

Ok, It's nopt working. I can't get anything. It doesn't seem to recognize my client ID or Application number. Probably give a call to call center and ask them. I don't think I am doing anythign wrong. It's pretty simple and straight fwd.

Jason111- when did you apply for your case? How long have you been waiting for. I waited exactly 2 months and recieved my AOR.

You can see mine profile under my name.

July.19 2011 I sent it. Maybe I didn't use barcode forms, it takes longer.

This is your AOR. Next it will be put into a qeue for review by a visa officer. They may request more documents, or not. They may request that you complete your medical, sooner or later.

Up until recently, most applicants were waiting ~ 4 to 5 months for an AOR. It appears that processes and time frames are changing, so I don't really know what you should expect, least of all, when.
I recieved mine lat night. exactly two months from the date they recieved themon July 28th. I think it's even faster now because of the barcode applications. I had one of those too "the generic one"

I have a barcode app and while I'm seeing people on trackitt getting their AORs in 2 weeks (medicals in 3 weeks), I still haven't gotten mine. I sent mine in on the 7th of Sept and it got there on the 9th of Sept (Friday). So I'm counting days starting the 12th of Sept. (Monday) and still no word for me. On the other hand someone who sent it on the 7th, got their AOR on the 16th and medical request on the 27th of Sept.

It's really frustrating, but maybe I'm jumping the gun. Anybody feel the same way?

Update from my side........
Application Recieved: 14th September 2011.
AOR Email Received: 27th September 2011.
AOR received with Regular post: 30th September 2011. (it included the Medical Request - to be submitted within 60 days)
Important thing noted: The email contained a number starting with Exxxxxxx, however, the mail contents have 8 barcode stickers having file number starting with Bxxxxxxxxxx.

Looks like the email confirmation does not contain the file numbers. The actual file numbers are still being delivered with reuglar mail starting with B.
Fingers crossed for next steps.......
whats new at your end??
