(CEC)Express Entry with Spouse who is not living in Canada

I am currently residing in Canada on work permit and recently received ITA to apply for PR through Express entry program. My spouse is in India and I want to apply PR for both together.

I have the following questions,

1. Will there be any problems in applying PR together when myself lives in Canada and spouse lives in India during the PR processing time ?
2. Where do my spouse have to submit the Passport for stamping as she is not in Canada ?
