CEC Express Entry - Pending document

Hi All,

I urgently need advice from any senior member on my PR status.

I have applied for a PR under express entry - Canadian experience class category. I'm working in Canada for the past 2 years under a LMIA exempt work permit. I got my ITA on Feb 10th and had applied for the PR on April 8th. I have also received the AOR.

But, I have an issue that I haven't received my Indian PCC yet. My consultant told me to provide the proof of applying PCC and then we submitted the application by adding the acknowledgment from BLS. I have still not received my PCC and I'm afraid if CIC would reject my application .

Any thoughts on this ???

Don't worry about it too much, they will not reject your application, they will simply ask for your PCC when it gets to the needed stage.

If I were you I'll take my consultant's advice and provide them with the proof that you have already applied for one. I'm sure Indian police department is capable of giving you and official letter stating that they are working on your PCC. Once you received it update your application with it.
