I have completed 11 months of Canadian work experience, and my CRS score now includes the points for this experience. However, I was not in Canada for one month during this period. If I receive an ITA, am I eligible to accept it, or should I wait until I have completed a full 11 months?

You wait until you have worked 12 months. O/S Canada doesn’t count. So you have completed 10 months and you should have two separate entries for your work experience in Canada.
