Hi
I got ITA on 13 feb. I have few questions needs to be confirm please
1) Do I need to submit my Paystubs or T4 or Just ROE and 1 year work experience
2) My one year experience count with 2 months COVID period which I applied for EI. My work permit is based on LMIA(NOC B)
Do I need to mention that or not?

“If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).”

2) Did you reference letter cover the whole period including the time you were laid off? If not, then you have to split your work experience. In those 2 months, you’re not working on any other jobs? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/economic-classes/experience/qualifying-work-experience.html

“Applicants must have at least 12 months of full-time, Canadian skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in one or more NOC 0, A or B occupations within the 36 months before the date of application receipt [R87.1(2)(a)].

In addition, during that period of employment, the applicant must have:
  • performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation(s) as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R87.1(2)(b)]; and
  • performed a substantial number of the main duties, including all the essential duties, of the occupation(s) as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R87.1(2)(c)].”
